摘要
华电金沙江上游水电开发成为“十三五”国家重点水电建设的主战场,工程建设管理已成为当前的重点任务。为有效做好金沙江上游水电开发建设管理工作,金上公司积极开展以承包商管理为重点的建设项目全方位控制研究,针对面临实际问题,从深层次分析管理弱点,创新制度,强化措施,并将成果及时运用于工程管理,目前已取得了初步成效。文章重点从加强承包商管理入手,探究加强工程建设全方位管控的手段、实施过程控制、预期效果,可为类似工程管理提供参考。
The hydropower development in the upstream of the Jinsha River of Huadian has become the main battlefield of the national key hydropower construction in the 13th Five Year Plan, and the project construction management has currently become the key task. In order to manage the hydropower development and construction effectively in the upstream of Jinsha River, Jinshang Company has actively carried out a comprehensive control study of construction projects by focusing on contractor management. Aiming at the actual problems, it has made a deep analysis of management weaknesses, innovation of systems, strengthening measures, and timely application of the results into project management, which has achieved preliminary results. Starting from strengthening the contractor management, this paper explores the methods, implementation process control and expected effect of strengthening the comprehensive management and control of engineering construction, which can provide reference for similar engineering management.
