摘要
针对目前尚无音叉密度计校准规范,提出了一种音叉密度计的校准方法。以U形振动管密度计为溯源标准,通过标定溶液密度值,将标称值与仪器示值比较,形成完整的溯源链,并建立起音叉密度计的校准装置。在0.8~1.5g/cm^3密度范围内,对音叉密度计进行了重复性实验,分析了温度对校准过程的影响。实验结果表明,标称值与示值基本吻合,最大偏差为±0.0012g/cm^3,为该类仪器的校准提供一种现实可行的方法。
There is currently no calibration specification for the tuning fork densitometer,and a calibration method for the tuning fork densitometer is proposed.U-vibration tube densitometer is used as the traceability standard.By calibrating the solution density value,the nominal value is compared with the instrument value to form a complete calibration chain,and a calibration device for the tuning fork densitometer is established.Repeatability experiments were carried out on the tuning fork densitometer in the density range of (0.8-1.5) g/cm^3,and the influence of temperature characteristics on the calibration process was analyzed.The experimental results show that the nominal value is basically consistent with the indicated value,and the maximum deviation is ±0.001 2 g/cm^3, which provides a practical and feasible method for the calibration of such instruments.
