摘要
随着各行业质量发展的需求,有机物中痕量水含量的测定具有越来越重要的现实意义。文章使用气相色谱法建立了以丙酮为代表的有机溶剂中痕量水分的检测方法,该方法线性良好、重复性高、检测限低,可达到2.6×10^-6(体积分数)。同时,使用标准水样与卡尔费休检测方法进行对比,结果表明气相色谱在痕量水分上的分析更具有优势。
With the increasing requirement of quality control in various industries,the determination of trace water content in organic matter has more and more important practical significance.In this essay,a method for the determination of trace water content in organic solvents represented by acetone was established by gas chromatography.The method has good linearity,high repeatability and low detection limit,which can reach 2.6×10^-6 (volume fraction).At the same time,the comparison using the standard water sample with the Karl Fischer method shows that the gas chromatograph is more advantageous in the analysis of trace water content.
