摘要
针对当前长导轨直线度的测量原理及现状,结合现有工作的需求并基于激光几何测量系统的特点及性能,介绍了一种二维基线导轨直线度的测量方法。通过实验验证了该方法的可靠性,同时在满足准确度要求的前提下,提高了测量效率。
In view of the current long rail straightness measuring principle and the present situation,combining with the existing work requirements and based on the characteristics and performance of laser geometric measurement system,this paper introduces a measuring method of twodimensional baseline guide rail straightness,the reliability of this method is verified by experiment,at the same time under the premise of meeting the accuracy requirement,improve the efficiency of the measurement.
