摘要
针对某电厂1号机组在运行过程中发生的负荷波动和突降状况,进行了详细的原因分析,对机组的数字电液控制(DEH)系统阀门流量管理回路,机组协调控制回路,一次调频控制回路,DEH系统卡件等进行试验检测。试验结果表明,本次1号机组负荷波动的原因是高压调门GV2的差动变压式位移传感器(LVDT)高选卡故障引起,更换LVDT高选卡后,机组未再发生负荷波动状况。
Aiming at the load fluctuation and sudden drop of unit 1 in a power plant, the causes are analyzed in detail. The flow management circuit of DEH valve, coordinated control circuit, primary frequency modulation control circuit and DEH system card are tested. The test results show that the load fluctuation of unit 1 is caused by the failure of LVDT high selection card of high voltage gate GV2. After replacing LVDT high selection card, the load fluctuation of unit 1 does not occur.
