摘要
针对华能九台电厂在实施超低排放改造后,变频器频繁故障造成机组快速减负荷(RB),甚至主燃料跳闸(MFT)动作,着重介绍了引风机变频控制逻辑的设计与优化,优化后实现了变频自动调节、变频重故障跳闸后向工频的自动切换功能,修改完善了相关联锁保护逻辑,达到了良好的控制和节能效果。
After the implementation of ultra-low emission renovation in Huaneng Jiutai Power Plant, frequent faults of frequency converter cause rapid load reduction(RB) and even main fuel trip(MFT) of units. The design and optimization of induction fan frequency conversion control logic are introduced emphatically. The functions of frequency conversion automatic regulation, automatic switching of power frequency after frequency conversion fault tripping and modification of related lock protection logic are realized, which achieves good control and energy saving effect.
