空冷机组采用新型凝抽背技术的可行性分析 被引量:2

摘要 简要介绍和分析了火力发电厂热电联产采用的相关技术,结合广宇公司的机组现状、外部电负荷和热负荷的要求,推荐对4号空冷机组采用新型凝抽背技术进行改造。对4号空冷机组新型凝抽背改造方式进行了说明,并对机组经济性指标进行了测算。结果表明,新型凝抽背技术具有供热收益高、节煤量大、投资较小、回收期短等优点,空冷机组采用新型凝抽背技术是可行的。 This paper introduced and analyzed the related technologies of cogeneration in thermal power plants, and recom-mended to retrofit No.4 air-cooled unit with new NCB(Extraction Condensing Back-pressure) technology combined with unit status, external electrical load and thermal load requirements of Guangyu Company. The new NCB transformation mode of No.4 air-cooled unit was described, and the economic index of the unit was calculated. The results show that the new NCB technology has the advantages of high heating income, large coal saving, small investment and short payback period, and the new NCB technology is feasible for air-cooled units.
