摘要
针对凌志达矿15202综采工作面直接顶、老顶以泥岩与灰岩为主且有大量裂隙发育的特点,利用物理分析与数学计算相结合的方法,对该工作面的支架选型、支架控顶距及推进过程中的支护工艺进行了分析研究,提出了符合工作面特点的支护技术,并进行了参数验算,对工作面顶板的矿压监测进行了分析,为该工作面巷道支护工作提供了参考。
In view of the characteristics of the direct roof and the upper roof of the 15202 fully mechanized mining face of Lingzhida Mine, which are mainly mudstone and limestone and have a large number of fractures, this paper used the combination of physical analysis and mathematical calculation to analyze and research the support selection, roof control distance of supports and the support technology in the propulsion process of the working face, proposed the support technology conforming to the characteristics of the working face, carried out the parameter verification, and analyzed the mine pressure monitoring of the working face roof, which provided reference for the roadway support work of the working face.
