摘要 在中国煤矿机电运输发展现状的基础上,总结了已有机电运输的装备技术、运行机制及其缺陷,介绍了具有代表性的机电一体化技术在运输系统上的发展。结合"中国制造2025"的引导,煤矿引入了无人化、少人化的智能工作面,提出了机电运输方面的发展,阐述了千米深矿井高效提升系统、智能化带式输送机系统、井下无人化轨道(胶轮)运输、运输系统数据融合分析系统的相关内容,为煤矿机电运输提供了新的发展方向。 On the basis of the status quo of China’s coal mine electromechanical transportation development, this paper summarized the existing equipment technology, operation mechanism and defects of electromechanical transportation, and introduced the development of representative mechatronics technology in transportation system. In combination with the guidance of "Made in China 2025", the coal mine introduced an intelligent working face that is unmanned and less humanized. This paper proposed the development of electromechanical transportation, and described the relevant content of the high-efficiency lifting system of kilometer deep mine, the intelligent belt conveyor system, the underground unmanned orbit(rubber wheel) transportation and the data fusion analysis system for transportation system, which provided a new development direction for coal mine electromechanical transportation.
