Research and Application of Rapid Installation of Fully Mechanized Mining Face

随着矿井工作面机械化生产程度的不断提高,机械设备的体积越来越大,设备元件越来越复杂,给设备快速安装带来了很大的挑战。为了保障综采工作面的设备安装效率和质量,阐述了工作面设备安装前的准备工作和安装顺序,重点介绍了液压支架、采煤机、刮板输送机等几种设备快速安装的方法,望对综采工作面设备安装施工有所借鉴。

With the continuous improvement of mechanized production level of mine working face, the volume of mechanical equipment is getting larger and larger, and the equipment components are more and more complicated, which brings great challenges to the rapid installation of equipment. In order to ensure the equipment installation efficiency and quality of the fully mechanized mining face, this paper expounded the preparation work and installation sequence of the working face equipment before installation, and emphatically introduced the quick installation methods of several equipments such as hydraulic support, shearer and scraper conveyor. It is hoped to provide reference for the equipment installation construction of fully mechanized mining face.
