复合型防盐剂研究及在英西油田的应用

Compound Anti-Salt Agent and Its Application in Yingxi Oilfield

针对英西油田油井结盐严重的问题,研制了复合型防盐剂,室内实验研究了其防盐性能,并进行了现场应用试验。复合型防盐剂由复杂阴离子盐、烷基苯磺酸盐和表面活性剂复配而成,具有改变盐结晶晶格结构、络合增溶和分散盐结晶的防盐机理。室内实验表明:防盐剂加药浓度为0.3%时,盐增溶率为8.72%,防盐率可达到98.70%。在英西油田应用2口井,2口井的平均洗井周期由原来的15d延长了82d,加药期间生产运行平稳,产油量均有小幅提高,防盐效果较好。复合型防盐剂的研究对英西油田防止油井结盐,保证正常生产具有重要意义,对同类油田的防盐工作也有借鉴意义。

A compound anti-salt agent was developed to improve the serious salt deposition in the oil production wells of Yingxi Oilfield.The anti-salt performance was tested by laboratory experiment and the corresponding field test was carried out.The compound anti-salt agent is compounded by a complex anionic salt,an alkylbenzenesulfonate and a surfactant.The anti-salt mechanisms include changing salt crystal lattice structure,complexation solubilization and dispersing salt crystal.Laboratory test indicates that when the anti-salt agent concentration is 0.3%,the salt solubilization rate is 8.72% and the anti-salt rate can reach 98.70%.This anti-salt agent was applied in 2 wells of Yingxi Oilfield,and the corresponding well flushing periods were increased from 15 d to 82 d.The 2 wells show stable production during the application of anti-salt agent and the production rate slightly increases,which shows a better anti-salt performance.The development of this anti-salt agent is of great significance to prevent salt deposition in oil wells and ensure normal production in Yingxi Oilfield,which could also provide certain reference for the anti-salt treatment in similar oilfields.
