Discussion on the Modern Enterprise Training System under the Background of the Integration of Internet and Real Economy

互联网与实体经济的深度融合,促使整个社会的基础经济形态发生了巨大的重塑,同时赋予了企业人力资源管理新的内涵,现代企业的培训模式也不得不面对转型变革。文章围绕互联网与实体经济融合背景下的企业人才培养定位、培训方案和手段,面临的新问题,提出建立动态课程设置体系、“员工主体性”互动式的培训实施模式、分层分类构建培训课程模块、大数据思维课程质量监控体系等,从而全面创新企业培训模式。

The deep integration of the Internet and the real economy has caused a huge reshaping of the basic economic form of the entire society. At the same time, it gives the enterprise a new connotation of human resource management. The training model of modern enterprises also has to face transformational changes. This paper focuses on the new problems faced by the enterprise personnel training orientation, training programs and means under the background of the integration of the Internet and the real economy. It proposes a new system such as establishing a dynamic curriculum setting system, an interactive implementation model of " employee subjectivity", a training module module for hierarchical classification, and a quality monitoring system for big data thinking courses,thus fully innovating the corporate training model.
