摘要
职业院校开展学生职业领导力培养是对全民创新创业时代潮流的呼应,是对提升学生就业竞争力的现实关切,是对服务学生个体发展的通才教育理念的践行。人文素质教育是职业领导力培养的基础,而职业领导力培养是人文素质教育的实践手段,两者相互蕴涵、相互依存、相互促进。职业院校的人文素质教育应构建系统的人文素质教育课程模块,重视教师队伍人文素养的提升,着力塑造积极和谐的校园文化,努力传播和凝聚“工匠精神”。
The training of students’ professional leadership in vocational colleges is a response to the trend of national innovation and entrepreneurship, a realistic concern for improving students’ employment competitiveness, and a practice of the general education regarding serving students’ individual development. Humanistic quality education is the basis of professional leadership training, and the training of it is the practical means to humanistic quality education. They are mutually implied, interdependent and reinforcing. A systematic curriculum module of humanistic quality education should be constructed and great importance should be attached to the improvement of teachers’ humanistic quality. Great efforts should be made in constructing the positive and harmonious campus culture and disseminating and condensing the “craftsmanship spirit”.
