开阖枢理论解读贾斌教授治疗外感热病风热证用药思想 被引量:2

摘要 目的:总结贾斌教授治疗外感热病风热证学术思想与辨证用药规律,探索外感热病治疗新方法.方法:借助中医传承辅助平台(V2.5版),依据“开阖枢”理论,结合贾斌教授诊疗风热感冒患者病案,诠释外感热病风热证形成机理.结果:风热感冒的1167份病历中共收录中药247味,其中出现频次>657的中药有12种,出现频次>634时的中药组合28对.经过复杂系统熵聚类算法产生常用药对和三味药的核心组合.结论:基于“开阖枢”理论从气化角度诠解了风热证形成机理及用药思想,形成了新的方法学研究成果. objective:to summarize professor Jia Bin’s academic thought and rule of differentiation of medicine in treating exogenous fever withwind-heat syndrome toexplore a new treatment method of exogenous fever.Methods:by means of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform(V2.5 version),according to the theory of openpivot-close and combining with professor Jia Bin’s diagnosis and treatment of patients with wind-heat cold,the formation mechanism of wind-heatsyndrome of external sensible heat is explained. Results:a total of 247 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines are included in 1167 cases treating cold wind-heat syndrome,among which 12 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines emerge frequently(frequency> 657),and the frequency of using 28 fixed combinations of traditional Chinese medicines is more than 634 times.The complex system entropy clustering algorithm is used to generate the core combination of common drug pairs and shamisen.Conclusion:this paper explains the formation mechanism of wind-heat syndrome and the thought of drug use from the angle of gasification based on the theory of open-pivotclose,and forms a new research result of methodology.
