对分课堂在地方本科院校教学中的适用性分析

Applicability Analysis of PAD Class in the Local Undergraduate Institution Teaching

对分课堂是我国学者新近提出的新型课堂教学模式,其核心理念是把部分课堂时间分配给教师进行讲授,部分时间给学生做交互式讨论,并将讲授时间和讨论时间错开,让学生在其间进行自主学习和内化吸收,然后再入课堂进行小组讨论.对分课堂在研究型大学得到广泛实践,效果良好.笔者在对分课堂的实践基础上,通过对实施过程和效果的调查和分析表明,对分课堂在地方本科院校的教学中也具有良好的适应性.本研究还指出了地方本科院校实施对分课堂具体操作中的关注要点.

PAD Class is a new teaching mode proposed by the scholars in our country recently,and its critical ideas is that half of the class time should be allocated to teacher’s presentation and the other half to students’discussion,and the presentation and discussion are separated so that students can have one week in between self-paced and individualized assimilation.PAD Class teaching mode is widely practiced inresearched universities and the effect is good.On the basis of the writers’practice,the situations and effects of PAD Class in local undergraduate institutions are investigated,which indicates that PAD Class has a good adaptability in local undergraduate institutions.Finally,the key points in carrying out PAD Class in local undergraduate institutionsare put forward.
