摘要
研究钢渣材料质量、混合料配合比设计以及拌和摊铺等因素对钢渣透水沥青混合料质量及应用的影响。结果发现,钢渣的来源、膨胀性、放射性及力学性能等因素直接影响钢渣沥青混合料的稳定性和应用安全性。钢渣与石料的密度差异影响级配设计效果,需进行密度换算,以确保合成级配与设计级配的一致性。实际工程施工应用中,应根据技术要求和施工综合成本合理确定钢渣的掺配比例和施工参数,并在施工过程中加强质量控制。
The effects of steel slag material quality, mix proportion design and mixing and paving on the quality and application of steel slag permeable asphalt mixture are studied. The results show that the source, expansibility, radioactivity and mechanical properties of steel slag directly affect the stability and application safety of steel slag asphalt mixture. The density difference between steel slag and stone affects the gradation design effect. Density conversion is needed to ensure the consistency between the synthetic gradation and the design gradation. In practical engineering construction application, steel slag mixing proportion and mixing construction parameters should be reasonably determined according to technical requirements and construction comprehensive cost, and quality control should be strengthened in the construction process.
