综合管廊吊装口壁板结构设计计算探讨 被引量:3

摘要 吊装口在综合管廊设计中必然会碰到。该类结构横断面一般为封闭的双层箱形,顶层和中层板上均开有较大的洞口,以满足运维阶段投料要求。根据工程经验,从该类型结构构造及受力特点出发,对比分析目前行业内设计计算时普遍采用的3种方法,指出各种方法的优缺点。并参考CECS138:2002《给水排水工程钢筋混凝土水池结构设计规程》中“结构计算时壁板可以考虑走道板或工作平台的弹性支撑作用”的规定,提出开孔处考虑弹性支撑作用的简化计算方法。结合工程实例,采用有限元软件对简化计算方法和3D整体分析结果进行对比分析,验证简化方法的有效性和合理性,提出使用简化方法的配套构造措施条件,可供同行参考。 Lifting ports are bound to be encountered in the design of utility tunnel. The cross-section of this type of structure is generally a closed double-deck box, with large openings on the top and middle floor to meet the requirements of materials transporting in the operation and maintenance stage. According to the engineering experience, starting from the structural and mechanical characteristics of this type of structure,three methods commonly used in design calculation in the industry are compared and analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are pointed out. Referring to the elastic support of walkway slabs or working platforms can be considered in structural calculation of CECS 138-2002 Code for Structural Design of Reinforced Concrete Pools in Water Supply & Drainage Works, a simplified method for considering the elastic support on the opening part is proposed. Combined with specific engineering examples, the simplified calculation method and the overall analysis results of 3 D are compared and analyzed by using finite element software. The validity and rationality of the simplified method are verified, and the matching construction measures for using the simplified method are put forward, which can be referred to by colleagues.
