一例肺鳞癌伴高钙血症患者的治疗用药分析与监护

Case analysis and monitoring of the therapeutic medication for one patient with lung squamous cell carcimoma and hypercalcemia

目的分析1例肺鳞癌伴高钙血症患者的用药过程,探讨临床药师在降血钙治疗和抗肿瘤药物使用过程中的作用。方法针对具体病例,临床药师参与降血钙治疗,抗肿瘤药物治疗和止吐治疗,及时监测降血钙药物和化疗药物的不良反应,并提出建议,促进临床合理用药。结果临床药师结合高钙血症的临床特点,通过开展药学监护,协助医师准确评估患者的疗效和不良反应,选择合理的给药方案,使患者血钙浓度恢复正常;对患者进行化疗前和化疗后的用药教育,使患者顺利完成化疗。结论临床药师在临床合理用药中发挥了一定的促进作用。

Objective To analyze the Medication for a patient with lung squamous cell carcinoma and hypercalcemia,and to explore the role of clinical pharmacists in the treatment of hypocalcemia and the use of antineoplastic drugs.Methods Aiming at the specific case,clinical pharmacists take part in the treatment of hypercalcemia,anti-tumor drug therapy and antiemetic therapy,timely monitoring of adverse reactions of calcium-lowering drugs and chemotherapy drugs,and giving suggestions,which could help to promote clinical rational drug use.Results Combining with the patient's clinical features of hypercalcemia,The clinical pharmacists could help to assist doctors in accurately assessing the patient's efficacy and adverse reactions by pharmacological monitorin,select a reasonable dosing regimen to restore the patient's serum calcium concentration to normal,and give an drug education before and after chemotherapy which do good to patients to successfully complete chemotherapy.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists play a positive role in promoting clinical rational drug use.
