异质材料无铆钉链接仿真研究

摘要 本文针对钢和铝异质材料无铆钉连接成形工艺模拟仿真研究,运用有限元分析软件abaqus进行分析,对不同的冲模速度完成的无铆钉连接接头进行力学拉伸仿真分析,其次仿真各种接头成型失效模式,通过仿真得处无铆钉联接接头力学和回弹因素下选择最佳冲模速度。 In this paper, the simulation study of the rivet joint forming process of steel and aluminumheterogeneous materials is carried out. The finite element analysis software abaqus is used for analysis. The mechanical tensile simulation analysis of the rivet joints with different die speeds is carried out to study the joint failure mode. Consider the optimum die speed for the model under springback and mechanical properties.
