基于动态图像法对不同金属粉末颗粒粒度粒形的检测分析

摘要 增材制造要求金属粉末具有较好的球形度、较为集中、均匀的粒度分布。本研究采用动态图像法(DIA)测定了8种增材用金属粉末的粒度分布和颗粒形态,旨在为金属粉末品质控制提供一种新方法。结果表明:动态图像法测试结果重复性好,精度高。八种金属粉末中,316不锈钢粉末粒度分布最为集中,Ti粉球形度最好,八种金属粉末颗粒对称性较好,但除Ti粉外,其他七种样品颗粒并不完全是规则的球形颗粒,同时还可以获得样品的颗粒图像。总的来说,应用动态图像法检测金属粉末颗粒粒径粒形分布,操作简便、快捷,结果准确可靠,可以有效控制金属粉末品质,为增材制造提供有力保障。 For additive manufacturing,a spherical shape and a narrow,uniform particle size distribution are required.Dynamic image analysis (DIA) was used to measure particle size and shape distribution of eight kinds of metal powders in additive manufacturing.The purpose of this study is to provide a new method for quality control of metal powder.The results show that the dynamic image analysis has good repeatability and high accuracy.Among the eight kinds of metal powders,316 stainless steel powder has the narrowest particle size distribution,the sphericity of Ti powder is best and the symmetry of eight metal powders are good.However,except Ti powder,the other seven samples are not very regular spherical particles.At the same time,the particle image of the samples can be obtained.In summary,the application of dynamic image analysis to measure the particle size and shape distribution of metal powder is very simple,fast,accurate and reliable,which is conducive to the effective control of the quality of metal powder to provide strong guarantee for additive manufacturing.
