摘要
水电站发电机定子绕组引线及顶部需进行焊接的焊接头数量非常大,各接头焊接质量直接影响整个水电站的运行。文章以对坝头水电站检修为契机,通过对比,发现发电机定子线圈焊接采用银铜钎焊工艺具有较好的效果,同时对该焊接工艺的具体操作及其质量主要检查要点进行了相关的阐述,意在为提高水电站运行效率及经济效益奠定良好基础。
There are a large number of welding joints for the stator winding leads and the top of the generator in hydropower station. The welding quality of each joint directly affects the operation of the whole hydropower station. The maintenance of Batou Hydropower Station is adopted as an opportunity in the paper. It is found that silver copper brazing technology is adopted for the generator stator coil welding by contrast with good effect. Meanwhile, the specific operation of the welding process and the key checking points of quality are elaborated. It is intended to lay a good foundation for improving the efficiency and economic benefit of hydropower station operation.
