摘要 水锤是高压输水管道中的水流速度、压力突然改变,其作用在管道和水泵部件上产生的犹如锤击的冲击力,会引起管道爆管或水泵出口止回阀被冲击破坏等事故发生。文章对高压供水泵站常用的几种水锤算法进行了简单叙述,采用实例演算方式分析了各算法优缺点,为高压供水泵站计算水锤提出了简单可行的算法。 Water hammer is the impact force like a hammer that effect on the pipeline and pump components produces when the sudden change of water flow speed and pressure happens in the high-pressure water delivery pipeline.Itwill cause bursts on the pipeline or impact damage on pump outlet check valves,etc.In the paper,several water hammer algorithms commonly used in the high pressure water supply pump station are simply narrated,the advantages and disadvantages of each algorithm are analyzed by means of example calculation.A simple and feasible algorithm is put forward for calculating water hammers in the high pressure water supply pump station.
