浅谈矩形顶管机推进系统及其推力的计算 被引量:2

摘要 目前,常见的隧道外形多为圆形管道;但矩形管道在空间利用率上有明显优势,现多见于共同沟、电力隧道、水利隧道、地下通道、地铁车站出入口以及地铁车站。基于此,介绍了4900mm×6900mm矩形顶管机推进系统主要结构和推进油缸排布选型,并结合实例,对矩形顶管机推力进行了简要分析,为不同顶管施工所需推力参数提供理论支撑。 At present, the common tunnels are mostly circular pipes, but rectangular pipes have obvious advantages in space utilization. They are now found in common trenches, power tunnels, water tunnels, underground passages, subway station entrances and exits, and subway stations. Based on this, the main structure of the 4900×6900 rectangular pipe jacking machine propulsion system and the selection of propulsion cylinder arrangement are introduced. Combined with the example, the thrust of the rectangular pipe jacking machine is briefly analyzed and calculated, which is the thrust parameter required for different pipe jacking construction. Provides important theoretical support.
