大型磨机全静压油站系统的设计与研究

润滑系统是保证轴承子系统和整个磨机系统良好运行的关键环节。为了满足国内外大型磨机使用要求,迫切需要设计和开发磨机轴承润滑系统。根据当前磨机实际工矿,分析当前磨机润滑系统润滑机理,并根据大型磨机工况环境,设计了一种全新的全静压润滑系统。

The lubrication system is the key to ensuring good operation of the bearing subsystem and the entire mill system. In order to meet the requirements of large-scale mills at home and abroad, it is urgent to design and develop a mill bearing lubrication system. According to the current actual mining industry, the lubrication mechanism of the current grinding system is analyzed, and a new full static pressure lubrication system is designed according to the working conditions of the large mill.
