摘要
在“工业4.0”及“中国制造2025”推动下,智能制造成了当今制造业热门话题。智能工厂需在大规模生产模式下,实现个性化定制需求,这就要求我们在规划设计工厂控制系统时,在系统构架上进行精细规划,各个层级系统分工明确,层级之间搭建灵活的、拓展性强的信息网络,以保证信息流无障碍传输。以东风柳州汽车有限公司焊装B2线为例,介绍焊装智能工厂是如何进行规划设计的。
Driven by “Industry 4.0” and “Made in China 2025”, smart manufacturing has become a hot topic in today’s manufacturing industry. Intelligent factories need to realize personalized customization requirements under the large-scale production mode. This requires us to plan carefully on the system architecture when planning and designing the factory control system. The division of labor at each level is clear, and the levels are built flexibly and expanded. Strong information network to ensure the information flow is unimpeded. Take the welding B2 line of Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile Co., Ltd. as an example to introduce how the welding intelligent factory is planned and designed.
