摘要
针对丙烷制冷系统存在的丙烷大量减少、丙烷蒸发无液位不足进行了分析,并应用丙烷制冷脱水工艺模拟软件,对天然气流量、预冷后温度、冷凝温度等影响丙烷制冷系统能耗主要参数进行了研究,以期为现场生产提供参考。
Aiming at the large reduction of propane in the propane refrigeration system and the lack of liquid level in propane evaporation, the propane refrigeration dehydration process simulation software was applied to analyze the main parameters of the energy consumption of the propane refrigeration system, such as natural gas flow rate, pre-cooling temperature and condensation temperature. Research to provide a reference for onsite production.
