摘要 在PLC技术基础上设计出监测保护系统,首先阐述该系统设计思路,然后从硬件和软件两方面着手,对系统设计方法进行分析:在硬件设计方面,包括开关布设、转速传感器与防爆装置等;在软件设计中,包括通信网络、上位机组态界面和下位机PLC程序设计等,并阐述该系统应用效果,希望能够为相关专业提供可以参考的理论依据。 Based on the PLC technology, the monitoring and protection system is designed. Firstly, the design idea of the system is elaborated. Then, the hardware design and software are used to analyze the system design method: in hardware design, including switch layout, speed sensor and explosion-proof device;In the software design, including the communication network, the host computer configuration interface and the lower computer PLC program design, and explain the application effect of the system, I hope to provide relevant theoretical basis for related majors.
