土压平衡式矩形顶管机作为工作环境恶劣下的隧道开挖设备,生产过程中焊接工艺对整机质量有者较大的影响尤。基于矩形顶管机主体材质Q345B,对焊接方式、焊接材料、焊接工艺参数及工艺过程等方面进行分析,并提出保证焊接质量的要求和措施,为后续焊接工作积累经验。

The earth pressure balanced rectangular pipe jacking machine is used as a tunnel excavation equipment with poor working environment. The welding process in the production process is particularly important for the quality of the whole machine. Based on the main material Q345B of the rectangular pipe jacking machine, the welding method, welding material, welding process parameters and process are elaborated, and the requirements and measures for ensuring the welding quality are put forward, so as to accumulate experience for the subsequent welding work.
