磨煤机是煤气化生产中主要设备之一,而且处在煤气化工艺流程最前端,一旦磨煤机出现故障、设备停车以及无法制造合格煤浆等情况,会造成后面工序全部停车,影响整个气化装置稳定运转。目前,煤气化装置主要使用磨煤机分为两种,一种是球磨机;另一种是棒磨机。在水煤浆气化装置上,主要是利用棒磨机作为制浆系统主要设备。

The coal mill is one of the main equipments in coal gasification production, and it is at the forefront of the coal gasification process. Once the coal mill malfunctions, equipment stops, and it is impossible to manufacture qualified coal slurry, it will cause all the subsequent operations to stop, affecting the whole process. The gasification unit operates stably. At present, coal gasification equipment mainly uses two types of coal mills, one is a ball mill;the other is a rod mill. In the coal water slurry gasification unit, the rod mill is mainly used as the main equipment of the pulping system.
