摘要
锰钢衬板在铜冶炼渣选球磨机中具有寿命短、使用成本高的特点,为延长衬板使用寿命、降低磨矿车本,对磁性衬板工作原理、铜冶炼渣性质及磁性衬板在铜冶炼渣选球磨机中的可行性进行了分析。在易门铜业底吹炉渣选φ3200mm×4500mm的格子型球磨机和溢流型球磨机中进行了试用。对比使用情况,表明HM型磁性衬板使用寿命是锰钢衬板的5倍,而维护仅为锰钢衬板的40%,且质量轻,便于安装,筒体捕漏浆,增加了球磨机有效容积,设备处理量提高了5%,能耗降低了4%。取得了良好的使用效果,具有较好的推广运用价值。
Manganese steel liner has the characteristics of short life and high cost in the copper smelting slag ball mill. It is to extend the service life of the lining and reduce the grinding car. The working principle of the magnetic lining, the nature of the copper smelting slag and the magnetic lining The feasibility of the copper smelting slag ball mill was analyzed. The trial was carried out in a lattice type ball mill and an overflow type ball mill of φ3200mm×4500mm in the bottom furnace of Yimen Copper. Compared with the use case, it shows that the service life of HM type magnetic lining is 5 times that of manganese steel lining, and the maintenance is only 40% of manganese steel lining. The quality is light, easy to install, the cylinder catches slurry, and the ball mill is effective. Volume, equipment handling increased by 5%, energy consumption reduced by 4%. It has achieved good results and has good promotion and application value.
