摘要 某电厂为东方锅炉生产的DG670/13.7-19型锅炉为超高压、中间再热、自然循环、全悬吊、平衡通风和煤粉固态排渣炉,锅炉采用管式空气预热器,检修期间对预热器进行检查,中级预热器硫酸氢铵结垢尤为严重,导致换热能力下降,排烟温度提高;同时,甲、乙两侧排烟温度偏差较大,造成机组运行不稳定,时常由于管式空预器堵塞不得不停炉进行冲洗。为了提高锅炉效率,减少资源浪费,响应国家节能减排号召,特提出对#11机组炉空预器声波吹灰器进行改造。 The DG670/13.7-19 type boiler produced by a power plant for Dongfang Boiler is ultra-high pressure, intermediate reheat, natural circulation, full suspension, balanced ventilation and pulverized coal solid waste slag furnace. The boiler adopts tubular air preheater during maintenance. Checking the preheater, the intermediate preheater ammonium sulfate ammonium scale is particularly serious, resulting in a decrease in heat exchange capacity and an increase in exhaust gas temperature. At the same time, the temperature deviations of the exhaust gases on both sides of A and B are large, resulting in unstable operation of the unit. It is often necessary to shut down the furnace for flushing due to the blockage of the tubular air preheater. In order to improve boiler efficiency, reduce waste of resources, and respond to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction, it is proposed to modify the acoustic preinjector soot blower of #11 unit.
