Q705K多态性与癌症发病风险相关性的Meta分析

A META-ANALYSIS ON ASSOCIATION BETWEEN Q705K POLYMORPHISM AND CANCER RISK

目的探讨Q705K基因多态性与癌症易感性关系。方法在ESD、WOS、PubMed、EMBase、WOL等数据库检索相关文献并提取信息,进行异质性检验并评估发表偏倚,评估其总体效应。结果纳入7项病例对照研究,其中癌症患者1222例,正常对照2460例。Q705K基因多态性各基因模型的总效应值均无统计学意义(Z=0.01~1.37,P>0.05)。结论Q705K基因多态性与癌症的发病风险无显著性相关关系。

Objective To investigate the relationship between Q705K gene polymorphism and cancer susceptibility. Methods Relevant literature was searched in ESD, WOS, PubMed, EMBase, WOL and other databases, information was extracted, heterogeneity test was conducted and publication bias was evaluated, and its overall effects have also been evaluated. Results Seven case-control studies were included, including 1222 cancer patients and 2460 normal controls. The total effect value of each gene model of Q705K gene polymorphism was not statistically significant ( Z =0.01~1.37, P >0.05). Conclusion There is no significant correlation between Q705K gene polymorphism and the risk of cancer.
