摘要
本文拟采用基于北斗高精度定位技术,融合信息通信技术、计算机技术以及硬件集成技术,研制一种北斗高精度定位智能安全帽,实现对现场电力设施检修人员位置、现场故障情况以及人员生理健康水平的实时监测、实时语音对讲和视频传输,及时准确的将检修人员及设备信息动态反馈至后台中心控制系统,供后台管理技术人员进行高效的人员调度、检修指挥和技术支持,有效提高检修工作效率。
This paper intends to develop a Beidou high-precision positioning intelligent helmet based on Beidou high-precision positioning technology,integrating information communication technology,computer technology and hardware integration technology to realize the location,on-site fault situation and personnel physiology of on-site power facilities maintenance personnel.Real-time monitoring of health level,real-time voice intercom and video transmission,timely and accurate feedback of maintenance personnel and equipment information to the back-end center control system,for background management technicians to carry out efficient personnel scheduling,maintenance command and technical support,effectively improve Overhaul work efficiency.
