不同施氮水平对烤烟叶片关键酶活性的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Different Nitrogen Levels on Key Enzyme Activities of Flue-cured Tobacco Leaves

摘要 采取大田试验,以烤烟品种云烟87为试验材料,研究不同施氮水平对烤烟叶片硝酸还原酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性和丙二醛含量等生理指标的影响。结果表明,15~75kg/hm^2施氮水平范围内在烤烟整个生育期,硝酸还原酶活性先升高后下降,并在60d左右达到最高水平;丙二醛含量随着生育期的延长不断升高;超氧化物歧化酶活性随生育期先升高后降低;过氧化物酶活性随生育期不断下降。在同一生育时期内,硝酸还原酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性、过氧化物酶活性随施氮水平的升高而升高,丙二醛含量随施氮水平的提高而有所下降。因此,适当增加氮肥使用量有利于烤烟的生长发育和氮同化,提高烤烟的抗衰老、抗逆性和抗氧化能力。 Taking Yunyan 87 as the test material,the field test was conducted to study the effects of different nitrogen application levels on the physiological indexes such as nitrate reductase activity,superoxide dismutase activity,peroxidase activity and malondialdehyde content in flue-cured tobacco leaves.The results showed that during the whole growth period of flue-cured tobacco,nitrate reductase activity first increased and then decreased,and reached the highest level at about 60 days.The content of malondialdehyde increased with the prolongation of growth period.The activity of superoxide dismutase first increased and then decreased with the growth period.Peroxidase activity decreased with the growth period.During the same growth period,nitrate reductase activity,superoxide dismutase activity and peroxidase activity increased with the increase of nitrogen application level,while malondialdehyde content decreased with the increase of nitrogen application level.The results showed that increasing the use of nitrogen fertilizer was beneficial to the growth and nitrogen assimilation of flue-cured tobacco,and improve the anti-aging,stress resistance and antioxidant capacity of flue-cured tobacco.
