当前阶段,我国经济处于转型期,由于劳动力供给水平发生了变化,劳动力价格低廉的这一优势正在逐步削弱。我国制造业结构转型,向高附加值高科技含量方向升级已是必然选择。用工市场中劳动力价格水平上涨无疑会倒逼劳动密集型企业转型升级,但受困于高素质技术人员短缺、企业创新水平的不足、净资产利润率的下降等问题,制造业转型效果并不明显。文章在劳动力成本上升的背景下研究制造业结构升级问题,分析制造业结构升级在目前遇到的障碍,并提出相应的路径建议。

At the current stage, China's economy is in the transition period, because the supply of labor force has changed, and the advantage of low labor price is gradually weakened. It is an inevitable choice for China to transform the manufacturing structure and upgrade to high value-added high-tech content. The increase of labor price level in the labor market will undoubtedly force labor-intensive enterprises to transform and upgrade. But due to the shortage of high-quality technical personnel, the lack of enterprise innovation level and the decline of net assets profit margin, the effect of the transformation of manufacturing industry is not obvious. Therefore, in the context of rising labor costs, this paper studies the upgrading of manufacturing structure, analyzes the obstacles encountered in the upgrading of manufacturing structure, and puts forward corresponding path Suggestions.
