摘要
采用P对过共晶Al-22%Si合金进行变质处理。研究结果表明,P对过共晶Al-22%Si合金中的初生硅具有良好的变质作用,其最佳添加量为1.0%,经P变质处理后,合金中初生硅形态无明显变化,尺寸明显减小,最小值为23μm,继续增加P的添加量,初生硅尺寸有粗化的趋势。P对共晶硅组织几乎无影响。XRD分析表明,在变质后的Al-22%Si合金中检测到AlP相。拉伸和硬度测试表明,当P加入量为1.0%时,合金的抗拉强度和硬度达到最大值,继续增加P的添加量,合金的抗拉强度和硬度呈现下降的趋势。
In the paper, the hypereutectic Al-22%Si is modified by P. The results show that P has good modification on primary silicon in hypereutectic Al-22%Si alloy. The optimum addition amount of P is 1.0%. After P modification, the morphology of primary silicon in the alloy has no obvious change, the size of primary silicon decreases obviously, and the minimum value is 23μm. Furthermore, to increase the P addition, the size of primary silicon tends to coarsen. P has little effect on the eutectic silicon. XRD analysis shows that AIP phase is detected in the modified Al-22%Si alloy. Tensile and hardness tests show that when P content is 1.0%, the tensile strength and hardness of the alloy reach the maximum value, and continue to increase P content, both value show downward trend.
