摘要
据有关研究发现刺五加籽中含有许多黄酮类物质。本研究通过响应面试验,优化了刺五加籽黄酮提取方法,得出最优的提取条件为:在料液比为1∶50(g/mL)、提取时间为20 min、乙醇浓度为50%时,刺五加籽中黄酮类物质提取率最高,达到了4.24%。
Some studies have shown that Chinese medicine pinea-wujia contains many flavonoids. In this study, response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction conditions of flavonoids from Pinea-wujia seeds.The optimal extraction condition is when material-liquid ratio was 1:50, the extraction time was 20 min, and the ethanol concentration was 50 %, the highest extraction rate of flavonoids could reach to 4.24 %.
