摘要
就食品真空冷冻干燥技术特点和在食品工业中的应用加以阐述,然后就食品真空冷冻干燥技术在我国的发展现状、问题和策略进行详细探究。
This paper first expounds the characteristics of food vacuum freeze-drying technology and its application in the food industry,and then discusses the development status,problems and strategies of food vacuum freeze-drying technology in China.
