《林业法规与执法实务》课程“理实一体”教学改革初探

Preliminary Study on the Teaching Reformof Integration of Theory and Practice in ForestryLaw and Law Enforcement Practices

针对《林业法规与执法实务》课程传统教学模式的弊端,提出了基于林业行政执法工作过程"理实一体"教学改革的思路,与执法一线专家共同制定课程标准,采用真实的林业行政处罚案件卷宗开展直观教学,走出了一条案例分析结合文书制作的开卷笔试新型考核之路。

In response to the drawbacks of the traditional teaching model of "Forest Laws and Law Enforcement Practices"curriculum, the idea of teaching reform based on the Integration of Theory and Practice in the process of forestry administrative enforcement was put forward. Together with law enforcement front-line experts, the author formulated curriculum standards, used real forestry administrative punishment case files to carry out intuitive teaching, and developed a open-book examination method for new assessment case analysis combined with paperwork case-by-case analysis of open-book written examinations combined with document production.
