甘蓝枯萎病细菌接种病理研究

Study on Bacterial Inoculation Pathological of Cabbage Fusarium Wilt

甘蓝枯萎病主要危害植株的维管束,植株受害后,由心叶开始变黄,随着病害的发展,全株叶片变黄,发病严重的,下部叶片脱落,植株停止生长,畸形,萎蔫直至死亡。横切发病植株的叶脉、叶柄和短缩茎,可以发现维管束明显变褐,甚至变黑,须根变少。文章就甘蓝枯萎病的病理症状表现以及综合防治措施进行了调查研究论述,旨在为防治甘蓝枯萎病提供帮助。

Fusarium wilt mainly damages the vascular bundles of cabbage plants. After the plants are damaged, they turn yellow from the heart leaves. With the development of the disease, the leaves of the whole plant turn yellow. If the disease is serious, the lower leaves fall off, the plants stop growing, become deformed, wilt and die. When cutting the vein, petiole and short stem of the diseased plant, it can be found that the vascular bundle turns brown, even black, and the fibrous root becomes less. In this paper, the pathological symptoms and control measures of Fusarium wilt were investigated and discussed in order to provide help for the control of Fusarium wilt.
