北京大学医学部血管医学课程的教学实践与学科建设

Teaching practice and subject construction of vascular medicine courses in Peking University Health Science Center

血管医学是一门新型交叉医学专业学科,涉及范围统筹人体脑、肺、心、肾、肠道、外周血管等器官和系统,该学科将人的血管树从整体层面进行管理,突破了传统临床分科对于血管相关疾病的诊疗局限。血管医学专业率先提出全身血管病防治的关键是早期血管病变检测,北京大学首钢医院血管医学科及北京大学首钢医院教育处通过在北京大学医学部开设血管医学专业选修课程,将传统的知识传授教学的第一课堂和整体人文素质提高的第二课堂有机结合,旨在将该学科的思想理念普及推广到各个专业医学相关人群中。血管医学专业选修课是血管医学专业的延伸,医学院校血管医学教学将为推动我国血管医学专业的发展、培养后备专业人才、实践医教协同意义重大。

Vascular medicine is a new interdisciplinary medical discipline which involves the human brain,lung,heart,kidney,intestine,and other peripheral organs and systems.It is the subject which covers the vascular tree at the overall level.Through the creation of vascular medicine courses in Peking University Health Science Center,the ″second classroom″ and the ″first classroom″,in which the traditional knowledge is taught,are combined to improve the quality of the whole humanity and to popularize such discipline ideas among people in various professional medical fields.Vascular medicine professional elective courses are the extension of vascular medicine subject construction which is the key to prevention and the treatment of systemic vascular disease in terms of early vascular disease detection and systemic management.
