幼儿自主游戏中教师介入的时机及策略探讨 被引量:1

摘要 幼儿在一定的环境中,根据自己的兴趣,自主选择可以满足自己快乐目的的活动,自主开展自发交流,这一过程可以充分的满足幼儿的兴趣,发挥幼儿的创造性,在自主游戏过程中健全幼儿的人格。幼儿教师应该在幼儿进行自主游戏的过程中发挥引导作用,保证幼儿的能够在自主游戏中考获得丰富的体验。而教师如何把握介入幼儿自主游戏的时机,有效的介入自主游戏是值得每一个幼儿教师应该思考研究的问题。基于此,笔者结合自身的教学工作经验,分析了游戏的介入时机和介入策略,希望能够为广大幼儿教育工作者提供参考。
