安徽省公共图书馆联盟馆员培训体系构建思考

Viewpoints on the Construction of Anhui Public Library Association’s Librarian Training System

图书馆联盟是我国图书馆当前合作的主要形式。而联盟成员馆馆员的专业素养和工作能力是确保联盟业务工作水平和服务质量的基础,并应随着联盟发展需要而不断充实提高。本文以安徽省公共图书馆联盟为研究对象,从其现状及发展需求出发,探究构建联盟馆员培训体系的必要性,并就如何建立培训体系提出可行性建议。

Library Association is the main form of current cooperation of Chinese libraries.The professionalism and work ability of librarians of the association members are the basis for ensuring the service level and quality of the association,and should be continuously improved as the needs of the association develop.Taking Anhui Public Library Association as research object,starting from the current situation of work and development needs,this article explores the necessity of constructing the association’s librarian training system and proposes feasible suggestions on how to establish training system.
