地方院校图书馆特色资源建设：现状、问题与展望——以西华师范大学图书馆为研究对象的反思

Current Situation,Problems and Prospects of Characteristic Resources Construction in Local College and University Libraries:Reflections on the Study of China West Normal University Library

历经20年发展,图书馆特色资源建设的具体实践产生了明显分化,一部分凭借资源、规模、资金、人才、技术等优势取得了丰硕成果,另一部分则受困于各种局限发展无力。通过梳理西华师范大学图书馆特色资源建设的历史与现状,对实践中现存的主要问题进行了总结分析,结合现有研究结论中的常规发展策略展开了辩证分析,提出地方院校图书馆必须以务实的态度,坚持立足地域文化;积极融入公共文化服务体系建设,开展多方合作;主动应用数字人文技术整合关联资源;加强人才培养与团队建设,在开放共享中推动特色资源建设的长期可持续发展。

After 20 years of development,the apparent differentiations can be found in the practice of library characteristic resources construction.A part of libraries have achieved fruitful results by the resources,scale,capital,talent,technology and other advantages,while the other part can’t achieve sustained development for various limitations.To summarize and analyze the primal problems,this paper reviewed the history and present situation of characteristic resources construction of CWNU,analyzed the limitations of conventional development strategies in existing research findings.As a conclusion,the local college and university libraries should stick to the regional culture,integrate into the construction of public cultural service system,gear multi-faceted cooperation,apply digital humanities technologies to integrate related resources,strengthen talent training and team building,and promote the long-term sustainable development of characteristic resources construction in the process of opening and sharing with a pragmatic attitude.
