从互斥到共生:新型城镇化背景下农民工与城市关系重构

From Mutual Exclusion to Symbiosis: Reconstruction of the Relations Between Migrant Workers and Cities under the Background of New Urbanization

新型城镇化的核心在于实现人的城镇化。现实中农民工与城市间所存在的互斥关系,既影响到该群体的市民化进程,也阻碍着新型城镇化的建设发展。社会排斥的研究视角适用于分析农民工群体,能在探索农民工与城市的关系方面提供更为深入和独特的研究方向,并能对农民工与城市间互斥关系的发生做出解释。当前,推动新型城镇化发展,需要消除农民工在城市中所遭受的社会排斥,重构农民工与城市的关系,使二者从互斥走向共生:一要避免人为区分,塑造包容文化;二要营造宜居环境,加强心理疏导;三要实现分类治理,推动阶层流动。

The core of new urbanization lies in the realization of urbanization.In reality,the mutually exclusive relationship between migrant workers and cities not only affects the process of urbanization of this group,but also hinders the construction and development of new urbanization.The research perspective of social exclusion is applicable to the analysis of migrant workers,which can provide a more in-depth and unique research direction in exploring the relationship between migrant workers and cities,and explain the occurrence of the mutually exclusive relationship between them.At present,in order to promote the development of new urbanization,we need to eliminate the social exclusion faced with migrant workers in cities,reconstruct the relationship between migrant workers and cities,and make them coexist from mutual exclusion:first,we need to avoid artificial distinction and create an inclusive culture;second,we need to create a livable environment and strengthen psychological counseling;third,we need to realize classified governance to promote social mobility.
