当前我国企业伦理研究的热点及着力点

The Hotspots and Focus of Current Corporate Ethics Research in China

中华人民共和国成立70年来,我国学术界对企业伦理的研究紧扣时代的脉动,经历了自发起步、自觉丰富和深入创新三个阶段。在新时代,学术界对企业伦理的研究取得了丰硕的成果,体现着更为鲜明的特点。对我国企业道德现状进行客观分析、以社会主义核心价值观引领企业道德文化建设、新型政商关系中政府的伦理作为、新时代优秀企业家精神、企业道德建设的重点及企业道德实力评价等是学术界研究的热点。同时,随着改革开放的不断深化和我国社会主要矛盾的变化,对企业道德建设也提出了新的更高要求。学术界对企业伦理的研究应着力彰显中国特色、拓展研究内容、加强实证研究等。

Since the founding of the People's Republic of China 70 years ago,the research on corporate ethics in China's academia has closely followed the pulse of the times and has experienced three stages:spontaneous initiation,conscious enrichment and in-depth innovation.In the New Era,academic research on corporate ethics has yielded fruitful results and embodies more distinctive features.There are many research hotspots,including objective analysis of the status quo of China's corporate ethics,how to lead the construction of corporate ethical culture with socialist core values,the ethical behavior of the government in the new political and business relationship,the outstanding entrepreneurial spirit in the New Era,the focus of corporate ethics construction,and the evaluation of corporate moral strength.At the same time,with the continuous deepening of reform and opening up and the changing of the major contradictions in China's society,newer and higher requirements have been put forward for corporate ethics.The academic research on corporate ethics should focus on highlighting Chinese characteristics,expanding research content,and strengthening empirical research.
