摘要
实施专利与标准化战略是引领、推动新时代中国和企业创新发展的重要力量。利用stata12.0,结合中国创新型企业数据,嵌入微观企业创新发展情境,探究企业发明专利与不同标准转化之间的关系以及各类标准在企业发明专利与创新发展过程中的作用机理。研究发现,发明专利和企业各类标准之间存在正向关系,企业发明专利是各类标准转化的基础;同时在企业发明专利正向影响企业创新发展的关系机制中,国家标准、行业标准扮演部分中介角色,而国际标准的中介效应则未通过检验。研究结论对在新时代下如何推进企业微观层面的标准引领发展具有积极作用。
The man who gain standard will gain the world.Implementing patent and standardization strategy is an important force to lead and promote innovation and development of China and enterprises in the new era.This paper tests the relationship between invent patents and standards,and the mechanism of standards in the relationship between invent patents and innovation development.Results show that invention patents are the foundation for the various standards,which positively influence standards.Simultaneously,national standards and industrial standards play mediating roles while international standards not through the test in the mechanism of invention patent positively affecting enterprise’s innovation development.
