武汉市新型研发机构正处于培育发展期,其发展现状及如何加快其发展是值得研究的问题。通过对武汉市7家工业技术研究院进行调研分析,总结其存在的问题,并从提高市场化程度、加速体制机制改革和完善政策体系方面提出了相关对策建议。

The new R&D institutions in Wuhan is in the period of cultivation,its current status and how to accelerate its development are worth studying.Based on the investigation of 7 industrial technology research institutes in wuhan,this paper summarizes the existing problems,and puts forward some measures and suggestions from the aspects of improving the degree of marketization,accelerating the reform of system mechanism and perfecting the policy system.
