以某高校为案例着重分析了放管服改革背景下科研经费使用管理现状,并就其存在的问题从简政放权、加强管理、优化服务3个方面提出对策建议,力求为提高高校科研经费使用效率提出参考借鉴。

This paper focuses on the analysis of the use and management of scientific research funds in A university under the background of the reform for strengthening administration and service,and thinks about the prominent problems in it from three aspects:how to streamline administration and delegate power,strengthen management and optimize service,so as to make effective suggestions for improving the use efficiency of scientific research funds in universities.
