大学生主动性人格与创业意向的关系研究

Study on the Relationship between College Students’ Active Personality and Entrepreneurship Intention

探讨主动性人格与创业意向的关系。采用创业意向量表与主动性人格量表,随机抽取样本进行问卷调查。结果显示:年级在主动性人格与创业意向、创业执行意向上存在显著差异(p<0.05);大学生主动性人格与创业意向之间均存在正相关关系(r=0.324,p<0.001);大学生主动性人格对创业意向的预测作用具有统计学意义。

To explore the relationship between initiative personality and entrepreneurial intention.The entrepreneurial intention scale and the active personality scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey.The results showed that there were significant differences between active personality and entrepreneurial intention,entrepreneurial executive intention among grades(p<0.05);and there was positive correlation between active personality and entrepreneurial intention among college students(r=0.324,p<0.001);The predictive effect of college students'initiative personality on entrepreneurial intention is statistically significant.
